Costa Blanca Chiringuito gives free beer for every cup of cigarette butts handed in

A CHIRINGUITO on the Costa Blanca has found an iconic solution to help keep its beaches clean.

Spoiler alert: it includes free beer.

The Chiringuito Azul, situated on the Marineta Casiana beach in Denia, began its new campaign this month.

The campaign has been taken up by chiringuitos across Spain this year, with beach bars in Andalucia and Murcia reportedly also taking part.
