THE Love Island girls have suffered an embarrassing geography fail after asking if Barcelona was in Rome.
Fans were stunned as Joanna Chimonides, 22, and Jourdan Riane, 24, revealed they had limited knowledge of well-known European cities and countries.
It came as Belle Hassan, 21, asked them if ‘Barcelona was in Rome’.
“Barcelona is in Italy,” Jourdan replied confidently.
Belle became confused, believing the iconic European destination was indeed Spanish.
The make-up artist had previously caused controversy, however, after asking love interest Anton if Scotland was in England.
One fan commented: “These girls 100% failed Geography in school #LoveIsland.”

Love Island is currently being filmed in the east of Mallorca.
