Six black flags handed out to ‘problem’ beaches in Spain’s Costa Blanca and Valencia areas
ENVIRONMENTAL group Ecologists in Action have announced their annual ‘black flag’ awards to beaches they say have suffered from pollution and poor management in Spain.
