How to watch the English Premier League in Spain

The Premier League season has just kicked off and fans across the world are getting back into the spirit of following the English top flight. Following the latest update of the Premier League Price Index, fans are wondering how much they need to fork out to follow their favourite clubs wherever they are in the world.

Fans of Premier League clubs like Manchester City and Arsenal who are based in Spain can access every game from the English top-flight season via live streaming online, but where?

The answer is DAZN. The global sports streaming giant holds the exclusive broadcasting rights to the English Premier League in Spain and will do so for the entirety of the 2024-25 campaign and beyond.

DAZN is a leading name in the sports live streaming space that offers extensive coverage of various sporting events including the English Premier League.

To enjoy the Premier League, as well as everything else that DAZN offers to Spanish viewers, fans must pay for a DAZN subscription.

The basic subscription does not include the Premier League, meaning fans must get the “Esencial” subscription. It costs €239.88 for the annual subscription, paid across 12 €19.99 monthly payments. With the “Esencial” package, fans get access to all Premier League games.

After subscribing to the DAZN service, you will be able to watch the Premier League and tonnes of other football, and even other sports, on a multitude of devices. These include smart TVs, smartphones, tablets and gaming consoles.

What’s more, new subscribers can enjoy a one-month free trial to DAZN to find out if it works for them.

It’s not too late to subscribe and start following the Premier League, as we approach gameweek two.

The Premier League continues to entice Spanish football fans, especially as several elite players and coaches from Spain ply their trade in the English top flight.

Five of the most accomplished coaches in the league are from Spain, including arguably the best manager on the planet in Pep Guardiola, his greatest current rival Mikel Arteta, and the extremely impressive Unai Emery, Andoni Iraola and Julen Lopetegui.

From the sidelines to the pitch, some of the most important players in the Premier League are also Spanish. These include one of the world’s most valuable midfielders in Rodri, high-level defenders like Pau Torres and Marc Cucurella, goalkeeper David Raya and forwards Adama Traore and Pablo Sarabia.

Whether you’re an English expat living in Spain, or a Spaniard with a huge love of English football, the Premier League is must-see TV.
