Jet ski rider is killed after colliding with a boat in Spain’s Marbella

A JET ski rider has died after colliding with a boat in the sea off Marbella.

The tragic incident occured at around 6pm on Saturday, according to the 112 emergency service.

Witnesses reported seeing a jet ski crash into a boat as it was leaving Puerto Banus.

A person was seen being pulled from the sea after being left unconscious in the water.

Witnesses said that paramedics attempted to resuscitate the individual.

However the Guardia Civil later confirmed the driver of the jet ski had died.

Authorities have yet to release any more information about the crash or what caused it.
