This is the most sought after beach in Spain’s Malaga, according to Google – and it’s not in Marbella or Estepona

MALAGA province is filled with popular beaches, but one in particular has proven the most sought after this summer – at least according to Google.

But while your mind might at first take you to the likes of Marbella or Estepona, you will have to look further eastwards to the resort of Torremolinos.

The most searched for beach on Google over the past month has been Los Alamos (pictured above).

The Torremolinos beach is one of the largest in all of Malaga and offers some of the best day and night life on the coast – as well as ample parking.

It is also packed with bars and clubs, giving visitors lots of dining and drinking options.

Unlike the many pebbled Marbella beaches, Los Alamos has much whiter and softer sand.

It also offers many activities, including jet skis and pedalos.

Meanwhile, Playa Santa, Playa Aruba and Silencio Beach have become hugely popular for their themed parties, international DJs and electronic music events.

The lively nightlife available along Los Alamos beach front makes it one of the most sought-after locations for the young and cosmopolitan crowds.
