A third room where three of the group had stayed had a totally damaged television screen.
The employees reported the vandalism to the hotel’s deputy manager, who contacted the Policia Nacional.
Officers discovered they were flying back home that afternoon to the Netherlands and arrested them at the airport.
They spent the night in cells and appeared before a Palma judge on Monday.
The group invoked their right not to testify but their passports were taken away until they paid €2,070 for the damage.
