AFTER Kylian Mbappe was paraded in front of 80,000 excited Real Madrid fans as their new star signing on Tuesday, the French international will now be settling down to life in the Spanish capital.

In fact, the 25-year-old already has a property that he bought a few months ago.

It is an impressive villa in the La Finca urbanization, in Pozuelo de Alarcon- one of the most secure and exclusive residential complexes in Madrid- costing a mere €11 million.

The house has a strong Real Madrid connection as it was previously owned by its former player- the ex-Spurs and Wales international Gareth Bale.

It covers over 1,000 m2 with seven bedrooms, several terraces, 11 bathrooms, a jacuzzi, outdoor pool, gym, screening room, a mini-golf green(a bit passion of Bale’s) and parking space for six cars.

The villa is on a plot of land covering over 15,000 m2 in the the Los Lagos 1 urbanisation.

The property is characterised by large windows, wide and open spaces, as well as its modern and minimalist structure- typical of homes in the up-market urban urbanisation.

The location is perfect for the player’s work- a short drive from the Bernabeu Stadium and the training centre as well as the heart of Madrid.

Mbappe’s neighbours come from the world of sports and entertainment and include veteran footballer Sergio Ramos and Hollywood star, Richard Gere.
