Spanish bank launches budget rentals in Andalucia to relieve rental crisis: Prices start from €300 a month

A SPANISH bank has launched budget rental properties in Andalucia, with prices starting at just €300 a month to relieve the area’s rental crisis.

In Ibiza people are sleeping in their cars while in Puerto Banus landlords are renting out sofas for €500 a month.

It’s no wonder that thousands of people have taken to the streets to protest the lack of affordable housing.

Part of CaixaBank, the estate agent is offering over 20,000 property listings including houses, flats, new builds, commercial properties, offices and parking.

Their services also include accompanying tenants to viewings and assessing the property to ‘ensure maximum transparency and safety’ while looking for a home.
