LEGENDARY rock band AC/DC has almost sold out their two-night stint in Spain’s Andalucia.

The band have not visited Spain since 2016, when they also played in Sevilla’s Estadio de la Cartuja.

But this concert is expected to be bigger and better than the last, when lead singer Brian Johnson could not perform due to a leg injury, leading Axl Rose to take his place.

This year’s events will take place on May 29 and June 1.

They are AC/DC’s only concerts in Spain, so thousands of fans are expected to descend on the Andalucian city to see them.

Brain Johnson will take to the stage alongside one of the world’s most iconic guitar players, Angus Young.

However, this time they will miss Malcolm Young, as the guitarist died in 2017.

He will be replaced by Stevie Young alongside drummer Matt Laug and a new bassist, taking the place of Cliff Williams.

The European tour has more than twenty stops and is named ‘Power Up’, after the band’s latest album.

AC/DC is one of the most influential rock bands ever, with over 200 million albums sold.

Their LP Back in Black is the most sold group album in history and the third most sold album of any artist, with global sales of over 50 million.

The band was introduced into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame in 2003 and later, in the Music Victoria Awards Hall of Fame in their native Australia.

They are beloved in Spain and there is even a street named after them in Leganes, Madrid.

Despite being active for over 50 years, AC/DC doesn’t stop filling stadiums, selling millions of albums and plays.

Some of the band’s members are well into their 60s and 70s, so short rests are needed between each stop, but this won’t prevent them rocking Sevilla two nights in a week.

Tickets are available to buy here.
