AN Easyjet flight from Naples to Ibiza was delayed after two women pulled each other’s hair in a brutal fight.

The pair were removed from the flight by ground agents at Naples-Capodichino airport before take-off.

A video captured by other passengers onboard the budget airline has quickly gone viral on social media, showing the duo embroiled in a vicious contest of hair-pulling, screaming and hitting.

Attempts by the crew and passengers to separate the brawling women proved futile with the captain forced to allow police onboard to intervene and remove the pair from the aircraft.

In a statement, Easyjet said: “Although these events are rare, we take them very seriously. We do not tolerate aggressive or intimidating behaviour onboard. The security and wellbeing of passengers and crew is always Easyjet’s priority”.

The aircraft was finally able to take off after the squabbling twosome were removed, arriving at its destination on the Balearic Islands with a slight delay.
