An agency to trust: Melrose Properties gives you a stress-free experience

AS anyone who has bought a home in Spain will tell you, finding an estate agency you can trust is paramount to a stress-free experience.

Well look no further than Melrose Properties, which has been operating out of Estepona port for just shy of 40 years.

Founded in 1984, the firm specialises in sales, short and long term rentals and property management.

The trusted agency is fully licensed and independent, meaning it’s not affiliated with any developer or organisation.

This allows the team to focus on finding their client the most suited property in and around Estepona port.

The team chose to specialise in the resort, just a 10-minute drive from Marbella, thanks to its easy access to Blue Flag beaches.

It’s also packed with bars, restaurants and nightlife, and is just a few minutes walk from atmospheric Estepona Old Town.

Head of sales Karl-Heinz Elschner explains: “Our reputation has been built on committed customer service. Our clients repeatedly use our services, a testimony to the fact that we offer straightforward, clear and professional advice in the renting, buying or selling of property.

“We ensure we find the right property for you while supporting you through the whole process from start to finish, giving you peace of mind.”

If you require further details of any of the properties, including arrangements for Inspection Visits, or wish to discuss your requirements in more detail, please do not hesitate to contact a member of staff at: sales@melrose-properties.com
