COVID-19 digital passport to travel across EU can be downloaded in Catalunya

A DIGITAL COVID-19 passport which will allow holders to travel within the European Union can be downloaded by patients in Catalunya from June 9.

If patients access the Catalan Health department website web de La Meva Salut  then it is possible to access the document if you have had both doses of the vaccine, have a negative PCR result or proof that you have already suffered from coronavirus.

At first the certificate will be available in digital form via the website only but later it will be accessible via an app which can be downloaded to mobile phones. 

The Catalan health department has rolled out the digital certificate before it is due to be made available across the EU from July 1.
