A COSTA BLANCA house has gone viral on the internet amongst fans of minimalist modern architecture.
Carmen House was designed by Valencia-based Carles Faus Architects and is located in the Les Marines area of Denia.
Over 200,000 people have registered their appreciation of the detached property via social media.
The white coloured home is very much in the style of an Ibiza country house with some spectacular views, including one of Denia’s castle.
Reviews of the home praise the ‘spacey’ nature of the house as well the white exterior and interior décor.
Designers Anais Penáguila and Maria Aloy said: “White has been the premise that we have followed from beginning to end with a the colour being a generator and driver of light.”
The inside features white micro-cement flooring and is minimally furnished with earthy natural textural elements and colour tones.
The white-lime exterior walls have been designed to make the most of the plentiful sunshine.
