POLICE have released video footage of the arrest of the suspected killer of British man Ben Nesbitt on the Costa Blanca.
Guardia Civil of Girona arrested him on Friday and took him into custody, but only released the information yesterday.
He was put before the local judge, who ordered his immediate detention.
Being only 40 miles from the French border, agents assumed the 38 year-old was about to flee the country.
It is unknown whether he was staying in Girona with friends, family or other associates.
