THE body of a man has been found floating in Duquesa port this morning.

Guardia Civil rushed to the scene after being alerted by a port worker at around 10.30am.

The identity of the man is not yet known.

It is also unclear how he died and ended up in the port.

While there has been strong winds and rains in the past few days, it is unlikely to be linked to the death.
