Migrants Arrive Cadiz

A BOAT carrying dozens of migrants landed on popular tourist beach in Tarifa this past weekend.

The vessel washed up on Playa Chica on Sunday before ‘at least 30’ migrants were seen running up the beach, according to witnesses.

Guardia Civil intercepted the group before alerting Red Cross to help provide healthcare to between 20 and 25 people.

Police have yet to comment any further.

Red Cross told press the immigrants were transferred to Tarifa port, where volunteers attended 25 people.

They were all of Maghreb origin and three of them were minors.
