Costa Blanca canine crowned ‘the most beautiful dog in Spain’

AN ALMORADI dog named ‘A Blaser de Mil Lunas’, received the accolade of being named Spain’s most beautiful dog in his class.

TOP IN CLASS: Manuel & Cristina with A Blaser de Mil Lunas ( Blaser of a Thousand Moons )

The German Bracco breed was crowned at the weekend as Spanish champion of the ‘Young’ class (age 9-18 months) in the ‘Beauty’ category.

The dog’s owners, Cristina Valero Sigüenza and Manuel Antonio Cabrera took their pet to the national competition at the Palace of Fairs and Exhibitions (IFEPA) in Torrepacheco (Murcia).

UNIMPRESSED: A Blaser de Mil Lunas seemed oblivious to his award

With the pooch’s name translating to Blaser of a Thousand Moons, Cabrera explained his delight after receiving the award, recognising that Almoradí and the Vega Baja is a wonderful place for animals.
