ONE of these modern apartments could be yours for just €198,000.

The Idilia project, by Aedas Homes, consists of 97 homes in Torre de Benagalbon, in Rincon de la Victoria.

The first phase of 22 units (18 with two bedrooms and four with three) are already for sale with prices starting at €198,000.

“We are talking about a unique project, in which all homes will have panoramic views of the Mediterranean Sea from their terraces,” said Roque Ballesteros, Promotions Manager at Aedas Homes Costa del Sol.

He added that the interiors feature flexible spaces that allow you to ‘fully enjoy all the rooms.’

There will also be swimming pools for adults and children, gardens, a playground and bike shed.

“It is just five minutes from the beach and consolidated urban areas, with a wide variety of leisure activities, schools, supermarkets and sports centers,” boasted Ballesteros.

Idilia also has access to the A-7 and N-340 roads, being only 20 minutes from Malaga capital and the AVE station.
