A YOUNG man has been arrested after police caught him carrying 870 ecstasy pills at the Fuengirola fair.
Authorities seized 320 doses of the drug, while they also found 550 pills of another substance in his backpack called ‘Telsa’, which is believed to be four times more powerful as standard ecstasy.
The 21-year-old was identified by agents as there is a warrant out for his arrest for a theft case.
According to a police statement, the man intended to distribute the tablets to attendees at the Fuengirola fair.
A drug safety non-profit organisation, called The Loop, has warned about the dangers of Telsa, saying it contains 240mg of MDMA, a much stronger dosage than a normal E tablet.
