PEOPLE in Spain are the least bothered in Europe about their partner being unfaithful.
42% of Spaniards think it is acceptable for their partner to have sex with another person, with a further 21% considering it totally acceptable, according to the European Values Study 2019.
British people are the biggest prudes in Europe, with only 29% of them thinking it is acceptable for a partner to have sex with somebody else and a massive 46% of them considering it totally unacceptable.
Almost twice as many Spaniards (21%) think it is ‘totally acceptable’ for a partner to be unfaithful than Brits (11%).
1,500 people were surveyed in each of the five biggest EU countries as part of the study.
