Andalucia among WORST for paying freelancers on time in Spain with some areas averaging delays of more than 500 days

FREELANCERS in Andalucia have to wait more than 100 days, on average, to get paid – over three times the legal max. 

Of the seven municipalities in Spain where the average payday wait is longer than100 days, six are in Andalucia.

The most staggering case is that of Jaén, where the pay delay averages an unbelievable 532 days, according to a report by the National Federation of Associations of Autonomous Workers.

Other Andalucian towns includings Mijas, Huelva, Fuengirola, Cordoba Chiclana de la Frontera have been found to exceed the maximum period of 30 days.
