KING of Latin Pop, Enrique Iglesias, has been announced as the headliner for Gibraltar Calling 2019.
The 44-year-old Bailando singer, who has sold over 170 million records, takes to the stage at the festival on September 7.
Although he is still some way off his famous father Julio Iglesias’ 250 million global sales, he is sure to delight crowds on the Rock.
In 1995 the Spanish hunk shot to fame with his Grammy Award-winning self-titled debut album, featuring early hit Si Tu Te Vas.
His fame and fortune continued to rise with the release of his follow-up album Vivir in 1997, which sold over 5 million copies worldwide.
By 1999, Iglesias’ film career also took off, as he penned the hugely successful song Bailamos, for Will Smith’s film Wild Wild West.
Off-stage, the Spaniard is loved up with his long-term partner, 38-year-old Russian tennis player Anna Kournikova, with whom he has 18-month-old twins.
Joining him at Gibraltar Calling, held at Europa Point, will be Take That, Mel C, Liam Gallagher, Goldierocks, Tom Walker and King Calaway.
Chief Minister Fabian Picardo said: “Enrique is undoubtedly an international superstar.
“His performance at Gibraltar Calling is something that everyone is looking forward to and it cements the importance of our event.”
Tickets for the two-day festival, from September 7-8, start at £85 and can be bought here.
