A BRITISH man has been arrested in Marbella for repeatedly harassing a young woman online.

The 46-year-old is accused of repeatedly sending obscene messages to the victim, who complained to police that the harassment has been going on since December last year.

The woman, who would receive at least two messages per day, kept blocking the alleged sex pest but he would simply create a new profile to carry on his campaign of harassment.

The accused lives in Canada but was holidaying in Malaga.

He drastically increased his explicit and unwarranted messages to the victim upon arriving to the Costa del Sol.

Police said this created ‘significant anxiety’ for the victim, who lives nearby.

The Brit was arrested in a hostel on Sunday.
