A GROUP of four German friends have spent ten years hoping to see their team play in the Champions League final.
The lads – from Munich and Breman – have made three finals so far in the last decade.
Once, when Bayern Munich beat Dortmund 2-1 in 2013 at Wembley.
And two other times when they lost to Chelsea and Inter Milan.
The group book their flights and hotels a year before the finals normally paying around 300 euros each.
“It has become a ritual and it’s always a fun weekend even if we don’t make the final,” said Frank Scmidt, from Munich.
“We are all hoping for a Spurs win today,” he added.
