ISIS have threatened attacks on tourist towns in Spain as extremists seek revenge after killing of British ‘punk rock jihadi’ Sally Jones.
Pro-Islamic State supporters spread the terrifying threat in a video uncovered earlier this month on the file-sharing platform Telegram.
The final three minutes of the clip appear to threaten attacks on Barcelona or Madrid similar to those suffered by Paris in 2015.
Captions alongside the clip read: “Bataclan will not be the last. Barcelona or Madrid can be the next.
“Islam will dominate. Operation Op-Kuffar, Paris to Barcelona – Just Terror.”
The video goes on to claim the attacks would be in revenge for the death of Jones, also known as the ‘White Widow.’
Jones left England for Syria in 2013 and enticed scores of European jihadis to follow her as a leading recruiter for the terrorist group.
The CIA and MI6 eventually tracked down Jones and she was widely reported to have been killed by a drone strike in 2017.
The video comes after a ISIS terrorist was arrested on the Costa del Sol after he planned a bombing outrage.
