WATCH: Roads become rivers as hailstorm hits the Costa Blanca

A VIOLENT hailstorm has turned the roads into rivers on the Costa Blanca.

The tempest hit Jumilla, in Murcia, earlier this evening (Tuesday).

Videos on social media showed cars almost swept down the streets as hailstones pelted the Spanish town.
