FOR those with a spare €3.5 million, some of Malaga’s most exclusive high-rise apartments have just gone on sale.
The seven-figure price tag on these luxury beachfront pads gets you four bathrooms, four bedrooms, sea views and 287 square meters of floor space.
Also included is a terrace, access to an indoor heated pool, two outdoor pools, a spa, gym, cinema and games room.
The 19th floor apartments are located in the new ‘Picasso Towers’ in the city’s Torre del Rio area.
The flats are the brainchild of Madrid architect Carlos Lamela and are being marketed by prolific Spanish real estate firm Metrovacesa.
Set between Avenida de Moliere and Calle Ayamonte, there are three towers at the site, of between 21 and 22 floors, which each house around 75 homes.
For those on a tighter budget, three-bedroom, two-bathroom apartments on the third floor are also available for €635,000 – the cheapest option.
Prices increase as you move upwards, reaching €1.2 million for the 10th floor, €1.5 million for the 15th floor and €2.2 million for the 17th.
So far, only flats for the easternmost tower are on sale, with the whole development set to be complete in the second half of 2021.
