A 50-YEAR-OLD man has been arrested on the Costa del Sol for sexually abusing an underage girl.
The Paraguayan man was arrested in Marbella on suspicion of abusing the girl for the last three years.
During the time period, the man contacted her through Whatsapp and assaulted her inside the shop he rented.
It comes after the man approached the minor in the street – who was with her cousin – as she tried to run away.
He grabbed the girl, pushed her inside a shop and closed the door behind her.
Her cousin alerted the Policia Nacional, after she could not get in the store.
Officials discovered he had been abusing the girl inside the same store for the last three years, after contacting her on Whatsapp.
A court date is to be set.
