WEATHER agency AEMET has issued yellow alerts for heavy rainfall and intense storms across Malaga tomorrow.

The warnings include Malaga city, the Costa del Sol, Ronda, Axarquia and Antequera.

All the warnings start at 1:00 pm and continue until midnight.

Up to 15 litres could fall in just one hour.

Maximum temperatures will be around 22C, some six degrees below yesterday’s scorcher.

The rain will continue on and off until at least Friday, with the chance of wet weather remaining at at least 70% throughout the week.
