Spain’s PSOE would ‘easily win’ general election if held today, new poll finds

THE PSOE would win a general election if it was held today, the latest polls show.

According to the Centre for Sociological Research (CIS), Pedro Sanchez’s party would be 10 points ahead of their PP rivals.

The Socialists would win just over 30% of the vote, with the PP trailing on 20.8%, followed by Ciudadanos on 19.6% and Podemos on 16.1%.

The survey was taken between September 1 and 11.
