ANOTHER weekend of rain on Spain’s Costa del Sol but temperatures to remain high

rain

RAIN is set to fall on the Costa del Sol again this weekend.

According to AEMET, the worst day for Malaga province will be Sunday, where more than 20 litres per square metre is expected to fall.

The rain will begin in some areas on Friday before intensifying on Saturday and reaching its peak on Sunday.

The worst affected areas will be the Guadalhorce Valley, Sierra de las Nieves and Ronda, but there will also be rainfall from Malaga to Cadiz.

Temperatures will remain high, however, meaning breaks in the cloud could offer some much needed sun.

Maximum temperatures will reach between 28C and 30C with lows of 22C.
