Gin on toast? There is now a Gin and Tonic flavoured marmalade

gin

YOU can now spread Gin and Tonic on your toast every morning.

Online retailer Firebox has created a gin and tonic flavoured marmalade.

The Spreadable Gin product is a jammy preserve made up of 3% gin, with sugar, lemon, water and quinine extract.

Firebox says it goes ‘very well in a cucumber sandwich,’ and ‘won’t give you a crippling hangover.’

It’s suitable for vegetarians and the alcohol content is cooked off in the preparation process, so you can’t get drunk from the product.

Firebox ships to Spain but the spreadable gin is currently only available in the UK.
