Pensioner cyclist fighting for her life in Malaga after being swept by strong winds

A CYCLIST is fighting for her life after being swept by the strong winds in Malaga. 

The 67-year-old received a traumatic brain injury yesterday when she was knocked off her bike on the Antonio Banderas seafront.

According to the Emergencias 112, the woman is in the Intensive Care Unit at the Regional Hospital in Malaga city and remains in a serious condition.

Authorities were called to the scene by a passerby who saw a woman lying unconscious on the ground.
