ANDALUCIA has swept up a wave of new Michelin stars in the latest guide for 2018.
Aponiente, in Cadiz, now has an incredible three Michelin stars thanks to its trailblazing head chef Angel Leon.
Meanwhile, Bardal restaurant in Ronda and Alevante in Chiclana, Cadiz, were awarded their first star.
