Helicopter and boats of Spain maritime rescue scramble to rescue 66 migrants off Andalucia coast

SPAIN’S Maritime Rescue have scrambled a helicopter and two boats in a bid to locate 66 migrants off the coast of Andalucia. 

The two boats are believed to have left Morocco earlier today and are believed to be in trouble in the Alboran sea.

The team have been searching since 1.00pm this afternoon after receiving a warning from an NGO.
