Marbella pet poisoner suspect released after police found he was not carrying poison

A PENSIONER detained by police in relation to the dog poisoning case was released today after they discovered he was not carrying poison.

Town hall sources had reported how the man was arrested in San Pedro and that poison had been found.

However nothing he was carrying was found to be toxic.

Residents are being urged to remain vigilant and report any suspicious activity to the police.

It comes after some 120 people marched in protest of the killings in San Pedro today.
