AN AMERICAN firearm not available in Spain was found under ‘ King of the Night’ Tolo Cursach’s bed, causing another charge to be added to his rap sheet.
The charge for an illegal possession of a firearm comes separately from the set of 16 original charges against the alleged crime boss.
The trial for this new charge will occur soon, at the latest January, as Tolo has been behind bars since March without a trial already.
The prosecution is asking for one and a half years in prison for possession of the black market rifle.
