Theresa May says she will not resign after shock election failure

theresaaaa e

THERESA May has said she will not resign after the Conservative’s failed to win a majority in the UK general election.

With four seats left to announce, the Tories only have 315 seats, 11 short of the 326 needed.

She will likely look to Northern Ireland’s right-wing DUP, who won 10 seats, to join in a coalition.

The Labour party, led by Jeremy Corbyn, have said they will be ready to govern, with several ministers saying they would welcome the support of other progressive parties.
