Marbella’s top properties win big at European Property Awards

A TRIO of jaw-dropping Marbella properties have been recognised for their excellence at the European Property Awards.

All with multi-million euro price tags, their success is testament to the region’s continued growth and innovation.

Drumelia Real Estate claimed a Five Star Award for best residential property with six-bedroom Villa Arcadio, on the market for a cool €7 million.

Located in the exclusive Zagaleta gated community, the ‘sleek and modern’ villa boasts a heated indoor swimming pool, water features, marble floors and an 8-metre-high double fireplace. There are also panoramic views across the Mediterranean.

Swiss developer Seepark Immobilien also received a ‘Highly Commended Award’ in the residential renovation and redevelopment category for La Perla Blanca, Marbella – one of the largest and most luxurious beachfront properties on the Costa del Sol.

The 12-bedroom home on the New Golden Mile will set you back a whopping €12.5 million. With 13 bathrooms, three swimming pools and staff quarters, the beachfront pad is set in its own tropical gardens.

Claiming the third award for Mabella, Urbania International also picked up a Five Star Award in the residential development category for Icon Marbella Signature Villas.

A series of 20 luxury villas at the Santa Clara Golf Resort, priced at around €2 million each, were chosen by the panel of 70 industry experts.

Winners now have the opportunity to go on and compete to be named Best in UK & Europe at the International Property Awards final on December 12.
