AN European Arrest Warrant has been issued for a 27-year-old man in connection to the disappearance of 15-year-old Elena Ciochina.
Police believe Cicohina fled to Spain with 27-year-old Ionut Gheorghe on July 23.
She was last seen leaving her East London home at 7pm, while Gheorgh was caught on CCTV withdrawing £250 on the same day.
It is thought they left the country that day and are now hiding out near to Madrid.
Elaina is described as 1.75m tall, with waist-length black hair.
Gheorghe is described as white, about 1.70m tall, of heavy build with short light brown hair. He was last seen wearing a white T-Shirt, dark shorts and dark coloured flip flops.
