La Linea-San Roque fire officially ‘under control’

SAN ROQUE’S mayor, Juan Carlos Ruiz Boix, and the local fire brigade have confirmed that the fire is now under control.

While the fire is still not completely extinguished, it is now being contained by the authorities.

Both the mayor and the fire brigade changed the status of the fire to ‘ESTABILIZADO’ via Twitter.

Earlier today, San Roque’s mayor confirmed that an arsonist started the fire.
