Its 16 teachers speak over half a dozen languages and have decades of experience of teaching kitesurfing and windsurfing between them.

Previously the Mistral centre, German brand ion took over the running last year and it has gone from strength to strength.

“We have got the best products in the mar- ket and can offer very competitive prices,” explains boss Chris Ziaja.

The company also offers SUP classes and group outings, both in Tarifa and in Sotogrande, as well as day trips and longer excursions by yacht.
