empty-houses-spainSPAIN’S property prices continue to rise.

The latest survey reveals the average square metre has increased by 1.3% over the last 12 months.

Each of the first five months of 2016 showed price increases year-on-year and May’s increase was the first positive growth for that month since 2007.

The Balearic and Canary islands are performing best followed by regional capitals and large cities, where in May prices were 3.5% higher than the same month last year.
