Tapas-RevolutionHIS mission is to introduce a taste of Spain to the UK, but celebrity chef Omar Allibhoy admits to having ‘fallen in love’ with British ‘classic’, the chip buttie.

Since opening his first restaurant in London in 2011, it seems the Tapas Revolution founder can’t get enough of them. Allibhoy, who no doubt acquired his good taste while a chef at elBulli, has also owned up to partaking in fish and chip Fridays, and being partial to a Sunday roast.

His latest Tapas Revolution bar opened in Sheffield this month.
