Helicopter search and rescue finds man lost in mountains near Nerja

nerja_mountainsEMERGENCY services sprung into action for a search and rescue when a 58-year-old adventurer lost his way in the mountains near Nerja.

A helicopter, Guardia Civil, civil protection, emergency and ambulance services were all dispatched to search for the man on the night of January 31.

He was eventually found through poor visibility clinging to the mountain.

Miraculously he was in good health.
