Cruel siblings sectioned after locking their 59-year-old brother in a birdcage for years

TWO people have been arrested for keeping their brother captive in a birdcage for years. 

A man, 76, and his 61-year-old sister have been sent to a mental rehabilitation centre after they kept their 59-year-old brother locked up in their Sevilla home.

The victim has also been sent to a rehabilitation centre where he is said to be suffering severe brain damage.

The man was found naked inside the cage with buckets and bottles of human waste beside him.
