COSTA del Sol criminal Nigel Goldman has been found guilty on two counts of fraud at Reading Crown Court.
He will be sentenced in early January, giving the judge time to review the case and his previous offences.
Goldman, now using the name Howard del Monte, had his passport confiscated in court and has now been bailed to an address in Kintbury, West Berkshire.
