TARIFA is set to swap seafood for jamon iberico for the third edition of its Ruta del Iberico.
Taking place from December 4-8, the gastronomic festival will see around 30 of the town’s restaurants serving up innovative dishes with the Iberian theme.
There will also be a professional judging panel rating each tapa on various qualities, before selecting the overall winner.
