EVA Carneiro is believed to be considering taking legal action after leaving Chelsea.
The Gibraltarian doctor left the Premier League champions following a touchline row with Jose Mourinho and her subsequent demotion.
She is now considering suing the club for constructive dismissal.
It is thought Carneiro is seeking legal advice from a team of London lawyers.
The FA are currently investigating Mourinho over reports he used abusive language during the incident in a match against Swansea.
